I recently got a altima from my older brother and i have been driving for about 6 months.The is nothingwrongwith the car. but i decided to take care of the engine and fuel system,so in the long run the engine would last.the car only has 67,0000 miles.I usedthe fuel treatment and oil stabilizer and man does it work, they are right "oil is not enough".
